Amanda LeBlanc, Co-founder and CEO of Tailored Housing, brings a diverse expertise in finance, real estate, and hospitality to her leadership role. In 2015, Amanda and her partner Jon launched a successful furnished rental business in Dallas, growing it to include over 30 units. While Jon focused on day-to-day operations, Amanda led revenue management, design, marketing, and the overall management of their short-term rental portfolio.

Passionate about helping vacation home owners maximize their property potential, Amanda and Jon are dedicated to sharing their knowledge and strategies to optimize both profitability and guest experiences.

 

Jon Zouzelka

Co-Founder and CEO


Jon Zouzelka, Co-founder and CEO of Tailored Housing, brings over 12 years of experience in managing Airbnbs, starting in Dallas, Texas. Throughout his career, Jon has overseen more than 30 furnished apartments in University Park and Downtown Dallas, creating unforgettable 5-star experiences for thousands of guests.

As a seasoned real estate investor, Jon understands the importance of building the right team to maximize property profitability. Jon is a top-rated Airbnb Superhost and has served on the board of the Dallas Short Term Rental Alliance. Additionally, he is a sponsoring Real Estate Broker at 77 Realty LLC, where he has facilitated over $537 million in real estate transactions.

 

Matthew McDonald

Operations Advisor


With years of experience in vacation rental management, Matt McDonald has managed over 100+ properties, including short-term rentals and 3 boutique hotels nationwide. Specializing in revenue management and optimizing Airbnb algorithms, Matt is dedicated to maximizing property performance and profitability.

Guest Relations Manager


With over 10 years of experience in hospitality, Christine has been an integral part of our team for more than 8 years as Guest Relations Manager. She excels in coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple teams, partners, and vendors, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Christine’s expertise in property management, paired with her exceptional organizational skills, makes her an invaluable asset to the company.

With over 9 years of experience in hospitality, Maureen has been a valued member of our Guest Relations team for 7 years. She plays a key role in managing booking inquiries, addressing guest questions, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the guest experience.
