Amanda LeBlanc, Co-founder and CEO of Tailored Housing, possesses a robust background in finance, real estate and hospitality, which has significantly influenced her professional journey. In the year 2015, she met Jon and helped him expand his furnished rental business in Dallas, successfully growing it to encompass over 30 units. While Jon took charge of daily operations, Amanda skillfully balanced her full-time responsibilities as a Finance Manager with her roles in designing, marketing, and overseeing the management of the short-term rentals. Amanda has strong ties to Savannah, GA, where she grew up and married Jon, in 2021. Amanda and Jon want to share their knowledge to help vacation home owners in DFW, Savannah and Broken Bow get the most out of their properties.

Jon Zouzelka

Co-Founder and CEO

Jon Zouzelka, Co-founder and CEO of Tailored Housing, has managed Airbnbs for over 12 years, starting in Dallas, Texas. He has overseen more than 30 furnished apartments in University Park and Downtown Dallas. Jon has helped create 5-star memories for thousands of guests. In 2021, he shifted his focus to luxury properties and acquired a Lake House in Little Elm, north of Dallas. As a top Airbnb Super Host, Jon served for over three years on the board of the Dallas Short Term Rental Alliance. Additionally, he is a sponsoring Real Estate Broker at 77 Realty LLC, where he has sold over $537 million in real estate.
